The customer service experience is good standard and no detail was left unattended, even down to how beautifully made the beds were. We booked last minute , but they were fantastic in organising a surprise set up for my children. They arrived on time and collected promptly too . We had a fantastic couple of nights, in very comfortable beds which they also provided.
