The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, and carve & serve the meat. Our roast machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the Lamb being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.

Responsive, fantastic value and delicious food. Acorn Hog Roast catered for my wedding, and they did a splendid job, many satisfied guests and they were flexible to the dietary requirements (even the more complicated ones) of everyone in attendance. Julia was amazing right from the get go. Communication was excellent throughout and when they came to set up they cracked on without any issues at all. The pork was just delicious, literally melted in your mouth and all the guests were left feeling very happy and satisfied. I'd highly recommend Acorn Hog Roast and will 100% use them again in the future. Thank you for being so professional.

Absolutely amazing value for money. The food was piping hot when served, there was also a very generous portion given. The choice of beef, turkey or pork and apple sausages was on our menu, but you could have a little of each if you liked. There were also bread baps that you could have with your roast or with just meat/sausages. Nothing was too much trouble. All condiments were also provided. Disposable cartons with lids…
