The tea spread was lovely, such a great range of sweets. The sandwiches were simple and nice, I appreciate the salmon ones being wrapped separately. My only concern was that the scones were quite hard and I'm not sure whether that's due to incorrect storage on my part, the recipe The Fab Patisserie uses or a one-off issue. Extremely pleased. There was a variety of fillings in the sandwiches and pack really nicely. The cake were really nice and again a great variety. Xena was very helpful and very nice. It was for my daughters 50th birthday and a lovely card was included. Thank you very much.
