We slowly roast our pigs for around 8 hours and baste them in their own juices to ensure that the pork is melt in the mouth and is truly succulent. With over 20 years experience we bring an exceptional level of service so you and your guests can relax, have fun and enjoy your celebrations. Fabulous food and service! Ultra professional. David and his son Ben were phenomenal in the food and service they provided, from booking the whole way through to serving! David kept in touch and checked details with me beforehand so that there were no glitches whatsoever on the evening itself. He was polite and helpful throughout. We are so grateful to them! Amazing service and superb Hog Roast! My retirement do at school for nearly 100 staff was fantastic - Tom Piper catered for everyone’s tastes - down to a personal level. My vegetarian colleagues were as full up and my carnivores. David and Ben were ready on the dot for service and there was enough for some seconds for our PE Hungry Horaces. The Rib Rack Co is amazing. Very professional, very friendly and helpful. The food is amazingly good and there was plenty to go round and more which they left in the fridge ! The meat was succulent and all the side dishes : stuffing, cole slaw , rice salad and more were delicious. It was a lovely day and thank you Rib Rack Co for making it extra special
