The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, carve & serve the meat. Our spit machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the spit Roast being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.

Amazing service and superb Hog Roast! My retirement do at school for nearly 100 staff was fantastic - Tom Piper catered for everyone’s tastes - down to a personal level. My vegetarian colleagues were as full up and my carnivores. David and Ben were ready on the dot for service and there was enough for some seconds for our PE Hungry Horaces. We booked the Hog Co for my 60th birthday and it was a great experience. The booking was quick and easy, pre-planning was good for salads etc and on the day it was all really smooth. Everyone enjoyed the food and there was lots for 60 people with leftovers for me😁 I would recommend the whole experience.

I cannot rate Buffets & BBqs highly enough. Our team building event held in Hope Valley consisted of a days Clay Pigeon shooting for 13 of our external sales team with big appetites who simply cannot praise these guys any more.
