Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

I cannot thank the mobile flower bar for how amazing service was . They supplied and ran the whole bar for our wedding and everyone was impressed ! The Land Doughver catered for my 70s themed 21st birthday party. Not only were the pizzas absolutely delicious but James and the team were all lovely and easy going, a real help to reduce the stress of organising a big event. They were self-sufficient and professional and we had so many compliments from our guests. Thank you the Land Doughver for making our birthday a night to remember!😊

Thank you so much for catering our wedding on a Tuesday in the middle of nowhere! The food was delicious with generous portions and not a single complaint by anyone! Very accommodating to our guests, we had a few vegetarians which wasn’t a problem for them and still delivered them a delicious meal. A few of our guests hadn’t seen a food truck at a wedding before, so they were very impressed! And who doesn’t love a chippy?!…
