Brilliant experience from initial booking right through to collection of the tent. Lizi from Stars under Canvas was so helpful and always replied to my emails very quickly. They arrived to set up perfectly on time and were so friendly. The tent looked amazing for my sister’s hen party & the balloon arch was perfect. We had a fabulous day & the tent made it so special. From the very first cal Charlie at PaTpees could not have been more charming and accommodating. The customer service experience is good standard and no detail was left unattended, even down to how beautifully made the beds were. Amazing! The tent was put up in less than an hour. Really nicely decorated. Everyone who visited said how cool it was. We enjoyed it so much we rented for another day. Highly recommended.
