We are a Baja Californian-inspired Mexican food pop-up in a food trailer. It’s an eye-catching vehicle that stands out from other caterers. Our menu will offer traditional Masa corn tacos with freshly made toppings and sauces. Most items are gluten-free and can easily be adjusted to cater for vegetarians or vegans. We can also offer Mexican alcoholic beverages, such as a spicy Mezcal margarita or Mexico’s Bloody Mary, a Michelada. We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating.
