Traditional fish and chips served with an American twist. We like to look at E8 Fish as a modern premium fish offering. Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

This was a highlight of the party - guests are talking about Harry as much as about the band. Quality food, and served by a great friendly duo in Harry and Georgina. The food and condiments were first class - I come from Blackpool and these fish and chips were even batter...ho, ho Arthur

Absolutely fantastic! Fish and chips were absolutely delicious, and great portion sizes too. All our guests loved the novelty of going up to the van to collect their fish and chips, and everyone commented on how tasty it was. All communication prior to the event was very smooth and easy too. Utterly delicious, and a fabulous alternative way to feed a crowd for a wedding or large celebration - everyone loved it. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic ! Couldn't ask for better for our wedding reception ! Loved the horse box ,which you even managed to squeeze into the restricted area we wanted it in .
