Overall good, the paella was tasty! But the food took quite a while as he was on his own and apparently he was using backup equipment due to a larger job the day before, also our guest who asked for a vegan dish was given one with mussels in it. BUT! The man was very pleasant, he arrived promptly and set up completely independently and 9/10 of our guests thought it was great!

"Stefan and the team did an amazing job at our wedding party on Saturday. Paella was provided for a 100 people and it was excellent. A really professional service was provided. Stefan also provided two waiting staff who worked tirelessly despite the heat!"

We had a fantastic evening, for my partner's 70th birthday. The food was outstanding (we did the tapas evening). Laur and Ryan did a wonderful job, and were so friendly and helpful. The table looked spectacular, and all the guests absolutely loved both the food and the atomosphere.

Our decision to chose Richie to cater my 50th birthday party was the best decision we made! He was super helpful, organised, flexible and calm despite the appalling weather forecast. The paella was absolutely perfect and catered to all dietary requirements. Our guests commented on the quality of the food and the generous portions and also what a nice guy Richie was!
