About supplier

Originated on a cold snowy day at the Edinburgh winter market in 2017. With over 20 years in the food industry I know Scotland is a fantastic larder for quality food, and with East Lothian in particular on the doorstep, it would be a shame not to use its local ingredients.

We hired maestro’s pizza for a 40th birthday party and they were amazing. The pizzas were delicious, everyone loved them. Adam and Chantelle were really friendly and very efficient- they got everyone fed quickly and were able to provide gluten and dairy free options which was a massive help.
