Originated on a cold snowy day at the Edinburgh winter market in 2017. With over 20 years in the food industry I know Scotland is a fantastic larder for quality food, and with East Lothian in particular on the doorstep, it would be a shame not to use its local ingredients.

Waqaar and Jay were phenomenal at my daughters 18th birthday on New Years Eve…. We had awful weather with wind, rain, hail and even some snow for a marquee party in the garden. We hired Vines pizza horse box for late-night food for our wedding. The pizza was delicious! It was very popular with the guests and gave everyone a bit more energy as it got later. We asked them to bring some pizza boxes for left-overs - which was great as the pizza tasted delicious the next day! Thanks Vines, we would definitely recommend you to anyone!
