I organised afternoon tea for my daughter and partner as a surprise. The Fab Patisserie couldn't do enough to make it special, great communication, great personal touch, living so far away in Scotland my mind was put at ease by an extremely caring understanding person, it was like dealing with a family member. Excellent communication & service. The food was delicious too, with a great selection of treats - it made a nice surprise birthday afternoon tea at home during lockdown! (Note the fizz wasn’t included in the package I purchased!)

Excellent customer service and was able to deliver the afternoon tea on the date I needed. The afternoon tea itself was really good - I had it delivered to my friend as a surprise birthday treat.
