Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

Absolutely best thing I have ever done for our family parties!!! No hassle for me preparing food for so many guests - Frying squad turned up on time, prepared food on time, all hassle free!!! We had Devon deli for our wedding breakfast meal. They arrived promptly and served the pies efficiently. The guests got to choose thier pie filling before the event and were looking forward to it for weeks! We were not disappointed at all. In fact all expectations were surpassed. Very friendly, helpful and reliable! They arrived bang on time. The team provided 76 meals over the space of time they were there and the food was really really good! Everybody happy! They travelled from the Bolton area upto Cartmel in the South Lakes to get to us which was great!

Michael turned up in plenty of time and was very organised. Fish and chips was great and peopled raved about the haloumi. Michael was chatty and friendly and was liked by everyone. Everything went well without any fuss
