Excellent service with friendly and stress-free set-up and collection. The tent was spacious and really cosy and all equipment worked perfectly to keep it warm and to create an excellent cinema experience. The hot tub was great fun and something a bit different during lockdown.

From the very first cal Charlie at PaTpees could not have been more charming and accommodating. The customer service experience is good standard and no detail was left unattended, even down to how beautifully made the beds were. The details of flowers, feathers, foam mattresses, candles etc were all sublimely perfect and my daughter was delighted. I had nothing to do or to worry about as everything was taken care of. Great communication, efficient set up & take down. Was worried might be too big for our standard semi garden - 4m fitted in great with space to spare. Cosy clean furnishings, even extension cord provided. Great fun for our children’s birthdays.
