Lafayette is an energetic and energizing five-piece band specialising in Cajun and Appalachian tunes. We are ideally suited for barn dance-type performances. We have designed the set to create an infectious urge to dance and get the audience to stomp the floors, no matter what their age or their ability. We thrive to create a dynamic and swinging mood to put a smile on the audience's face and give everyone a good time. We have had many heartwarming feedback from our gigs.

What a great night! Kingsfolk made my birthday so special. Pre-event communications with Simon were detailed timely and professional. I had a small venue and Kingsfolk were very accommodating, adapting dances and even visiting the venue beforehand to ensure smooth running on the night.
