Lafayette is an energetic and energizing five-piece band specialising in Cajun and Appalachian tunes. We are ideally suited for barn dance-type performances. We have designed the set to create an infectious urge to dance and get the audience to stomp the floors, no matter what their age or their ability. We thrive to create a dynamic and swinging mood to put a smile on the audience's face and give everyone a good time. We have had many heartwarming feedback from our gigs.

Very talented musicians. Would happily recommend to anyone. These guys were the second music act of our evening and really helped to gently warm things up after a lovely calm and classical string quartet. I really felt that they read the atmosphere perfectly as the music felt just right for that point in the afternoon/evening. Very good indeed. A+

A great bunch of lads who made our wedding reception swing. Their set was exactly what we wanted and set exactly the right atmosphere. They even let me take the mic for 2 songs. Which they probably regretted within seconds! A great choice for any kind of party.

We hired Spill The Whisky for our wedding and could not recommend them more. Debby was a fantastic caller and got all of our guests up and dancing even when the aircon broke! None of us had any particular ceilidh experience but that didn't matter at all. We had so many compliments from our guests who had an amazing time and we all had so much fun!
