When they arrived they saw to the whole process and sought our opinion on some key points with placement of the tub and the gazebo. Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again.
