BBQ Steak, Burger & Chicken Menu Served from Horse Box Truck
WE LOVE STEAK - all our beef is grass-fed and matured for at least 21 days to bring out the flavour and increase the tenderness. We can serve in sourdough rolls or in 300g steaks with fries. WE LOVE BURGERS - we use British grass-fed Wagyu on brioche buns with Monteray Jack cheese, crispy onions and sauces from The Sauce Shop. WE LOVE LOBSTER - and serve Maine lobster tails from the Atlantic coast of North America. We serve it boiled (to keep the taste) on toasted brioche.
About supplier
We cave catered over 120 weddings, parties, and corporate events. We even cooked BBQ for the chefs at Tom Kerridge's Pub In The Park - totally nerve-wracking - think Masterchef on steroids! We can offer service to table on plates or in recyclable boxes (that fold out into plates) at the truck.
