The supplier, Installed Events, were great at communicating and answering any questions we had. The instructions for set up were really clear, as well as packaging the item to send back. I could not fault the supplier at all and would really recommend the projector and screen. We had quite a bright room and were still able to play mariokart and see everything. TMS AV Hire were absolutely solid! Andrew was very communicative, very helpful and we had no issues at all. The screen was solidly built and the projector looked amazing - pictures don't really do it justice. I particularly liked how solid the screen was, compared to some inflatable ones that move around a lot this thing didn't budge an inch the whole time, even when it got a bit windy. I Hired the outdoor cinema as a surprise for my wife's birthday and I cannot recommend the service and product enough. Andrew arrived exactly when he said he would, promptly set up and showed me the easy to use controls. I also hired the festoon lighting too which made the garden look amazing. 100% would recommend.

Overall very happy with service provided by Party Hire Equipment. All equipment arrived in good time and with all that was needed, including an instruction manual and list of all part included. On initial observations, I was concerned about the dirty marks which would not come off the screen, but as soon as the sun went down and the movie started, these were not visible.
