Our van is equipped with a state-of-the-art wood-fired pizza oven and everything we need to create delicious, handmade pizzas. Our pizzas are made with only the freshest, high-quality ingredients, including locally sourced produce and authentic Italian cheeses. We take pride in our handmade dough, which is carefully crafted and rolled by our expert pizzaiolos. Our pizzas are then cooked to perfection in our wood-fired oven, which adds a unique smoky flavor and crispy texture to the crust.

About supplier

We make pizza crust from scratch using a carefully maintained sourdough starter. Each pizza is topped with homemade signature sauce, high-quality mozzarella, a variety of local roasted vegetables, and carefully selected high-quality prosciutto, pepperoni, nduja, smoked ham, and anchovies.
