Amazing evening, partners 40th for 13 guests. Ed couldn't do enough for us. Ed helped form the menu and made all changes requested. Helped with a wine pairing and even allowed me to add extra people at the last minute. The evening was wonderful with the food amazingly cooked. Ed would always have time for my guests discussing the menu, cooking, life anything they wanted. He brought along John who was so attentive to all guests topping up drinks all night and sharing stories. I could not have asked for a better chef and server. Ed explained all 5 dishes and the kitchen was left spotless.
Catered for a celiac, fish allergy and T total would highly recommend

Booking process:
The booking process was very efficient and Ed was responsive, organised and open to any changes on the menu.
Dinner evening:
From the moment Ed arrived (early)! everything went perfectly. Ed had some great stories (especially how he got into cooking in the first place) and was very accommodative (as we had baby’s we needed to get to sleep).
Then came the food and quite simply, it was spectacular. Extremely tasty, well presented and well explained through each course.
Ed also suggested a wine pairing which was a lovely touch and added depth / flavour to each dish.
Overall I couldn’t recommend more. So much so, the Air BnB host is now adding him to the suggested itinerary for the place we were staying.

Everything was perfect from start to finish everything was amazing, prompt turn up time when Eugene said he was going to, his waitress Daniella was so lovely to, the presentation of food and the taste was incredible everyone couldn’t believe how good it tasted and looked forward to trying every course and left our dinner party very happy,
I would definitely recommend Chef Eugene to anyone and already looking forward to booking our next event with him, thank you all again for an evening we won’t be forgetting ☺️

Spanish inspired menu was delicious! Fresh and and tasty food, which was plentiful.
Only criticism was that other chef dine in experiences I have used came with a waiter to set the table, clear plates and top drinks up, so we helped as there was a lot to do for one person which took us away from the party.
Overall though food was lovely and experience was good.

Anazing - cannot recommend 'Lucas Hampers & Events' enough! Cream Tea Hamper order was made very last minute & delivered in under 24 hours with a smile!
So rare to get spectacular service & spectacular food. Looking forward to using them again soon!

Lovely fella very easy going and cheerful. Excellent chef. prepared excellent buffet for Friday night and wonderful 3 course dinner Saturday with options we had chosen. Couldn't recommend more highly
