Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

He communicated throughout the planning stage, coming to the house to meet us, really discussing what it was we'd like on the menu, taking into account any special dietary requirements. We booked the Hog Co for my 60th birthday and it was a great experience. The booking was quick and easy, pre-planning was good for salads etc and on the day it was all really smooth. Everyone enjoyed the food and there was lots for 60 people with leftovers for me😁 I would recommend the whole experience.

Sandra provided an excellent catering experience for my 50th birthday party at my house. She was responsive to emails during the planning process and was happy to come around before the event and provide samples of the dishes for me to select from. On the night she was punctual and very efficient at setting up and clearing away afterwards. Thoroughly recommended.
