He responded quickly to all email communications and was flexible in adapting menus to suit tastes of all our guests. The food and service experience was superb and he left the kitchen spotless. Artan cooked for us for my mother's 70th birthday. We decided to go for a private chef as she didnt want to go out so this was the best option for us. Artan's menu looked awesome and it didnt disappoint! We had the scallops, lamb and trio of desserts. We also had the canapes.
