Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

A really great and friendly service! Even when the main bar broke down en-route to our party, they were straight in touch and provided an alternate bottle only bar with minimal delay. They would be a welcome addition at any event and provide an excellent and friendly service!

40th Birthday party: The team were really friendly. They turned up, set up and cooked up - delivering awesome food. Everyone loved the food. The grill itself is an amazing showpiece. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for catering our wedding on a Tuesday in the middle of nowhere! The food was delicious with generous portions and not a single complaint by anyone! Very accommodating to our guests, we had a few vegetarians which wasn’t a problem for them and still delivered them a delicious meal. A few of our guests hadn’t seen a food truck at a wedding before, so they were very impressed! And who doesn’t love a chippy?!…
