Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

I was so pleased I used E8 Fish to cater for my Wife’s 50th Birthday, they were great from start to finish, very responsive and accommodating to sort out the menu to cater for all of my guests. Absolutely fantastic ! Couldn't ask for better for our wedding reception ! Loved the horse box ,which you even managed to squeeze into the restricted area we wanted it in . The two guys who looked after us from Stockport, we’re absolutely lovely. Everyone of our guests raved about the food. It was served hot and delicious with crispy batter and quality chips .
