Elvis always replied to my mails and messages promptly and curtiously. His service was very quick putting up and taking down. Elvis was polite, professional and friendly. I had no issues with the service at all. Unfortunately the day we chose to hold our party the recent lovely weather came to an end and rained most of the day. But we was kept dry by all staying inside the Marquee. This of course made everything rather damp,…

Very reasonably priced, good basic service. My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves and with a heater in the tent in October they actually stayed pretty warm. One of the beds went down, but fortunately I had a spare. All in all Very pleased.

Ark entertainment were amazing. Really really helpful . I will definitely be using them again. They kept me in the loop with timings and even helped me when they came to collect and I hadn’t finished clearing it . 10 out of 10 for customer service. Thanks 😊 x

Great service, kept me informed all the way up until my event, on the day of my party the turned up spot on the time we had arranged an set up swiftly perfecting how the party tent looked with all the lights an decor. Great addition to the day an guests all commented on how amazing it looked.
