Amazing. Everything explained very clearly, and easy to follow. Temperature outside was minus 1, so it took longer to heat up, but we just added hot water to speed up the process. Once at temperature, it maintained it well, for the whole time. Loved it. Will definitely do this again. I think emptying it will be tricky, as no hose connection to empty it directly into a drain, so you have to just pull out the plug, which will o…

Loved our hot tub rental, really good to have it for a full 7 days too. Helpful set up and take away from KEDA. Found the bubbles a bit noisy to relax to but the tub itself was brilliant, really spacious and comfortable. Can't wait to rent one again another time!

Absolutely brilliant service. Mike totally went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The set up was great. We had a brilliant time. Mike was always on the end of the phone if we had a question about something. Great bloke and top quality equipment and service. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were soo good at explaining everything on arrival and I was really impressed with the hygiene standards. We loved the hot tub experience and would definitely recommend the company and use them again. They were also really fast at responding to emails and calls regarding drop off and pick up times x

Hired hot tub for lockdown birthday and absolutely loved it! The customer service was fantastic and the owner who delivered the hot tub was lovely and friendly! Set it up very quick and very helpful. The hot tub was amazing; had a fab weekend and would recommend this company to anyone!
