Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

Castlemoor Farm supplied everyone at my party with delicious hot roast pork sandwiches filled with apple sauce and stuffing. After everyone was served, the guys hung around for a bit in case anyone wanted seconds, and they did, then cleared away leaving the leftovers for later. I would definitely use and recommend Castlemoor Farm again. I would like to thank the team for an enjoyable evening.

The hog roast for our wedding celebration was excellent. Nik was very helpful and provided meat alternative and gluten free options. He arrived promptly at the venue and set up without issue or fuss. Steve arrived promptly and was extremely polite and friendly. He set up his stand quickly and was swift to serve the hog. The food was well laid out and served promptly and cleanly. It tasted totally delicious! The crackling was so delicious and crispy and the bap with the hog in was absolutely delicious. I would certainly recommend Steve and his team.

"On the night the chocolate fountain was super, and the options to go on the kebab stick were great. and the candy floss machine was lovely. We just had a bit of communication difficulty in the middle, so I think Ever So Sweet just need to make sure they have paperwork printed with customer contact details on should all phones and accounts get hacked."
