We bake at about 430 degrees so we achieve the perfect balance with a crisp exterior and a chewy crust. We only use the best ingredients including all-natural, slow-milled Caputo Red Italian flour, for the tastiest crust in town and San Marzano tomatoes for that authentic Neapolitan taste.
