Under the stewardship of founder Will Davis a professionally trained chef now based in London’s Billingsgate Market, we are able to provide ethnically and traceable produce to our food chain.

About supplier

E8 Fish was born on the streets of Hackney, Broadway Market. We have grown from a market stall offering hot cooked fish dishes to encompass Festivals and Events. A new addition to the family is our fish van with its range fryer, griddle, refrigeration with the ability to be self-powered all day.

Crepe de le crepe was amazing from beginning to end. Serving some of the most amazing crepes i have probably ever had! The wide variety of toppings are all you could ever want. All the guests commented on how amazing they was. The staff was so lovely and helpful couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you for making our day special

Extremely friendly staff - Will was communicative in the lead up regarding requirements for the event and Michael arrived on time on the day, set up with no fuss and everyone commented on how friendly he was. The food was really really tasty and everyone left with full bellies! Would have no problem in recommending E8 Fish to anyone else!

The Land Doughver catered for my 70s themed 21st birthday party. Not only were the pizzas absolutely delicious but James and the team were all lovely and easy going, a real help to reduce the stress of organising a big event. Honestly the best bar hiring service ever. They catered to all our cocktail drinking needs, provided a warm friendly service and genuinely fantastic value for money with quality spirits. I’m not an easy person to please, but they truly did an outstanding job at our wedding and I just couldn’t recommend them enough!

The fish and chips were lovely, good portion size and good quality. My only complaint was that they charged additional costs for travel expenses and this was meant to be included in the quote. The deposit you pay does not go to the supplier and this is Poptop charge for being the introducer. It cost me nearly an extra £100 on top of original quote at such short notice (a couple of weeks before the wedding I couldn't argue due…
