We have huge authentic paella pans and burners and use only the best Spanish ingredients to produce marvelous paella which customers can help themselves to, for quickness of service so they take just as much (or as little) as they like. Normally, there are enough seconds for those still hungry. Everything is fresh and cooked in front of your guests. About supplier

With our first mobile unit in 1978 (over 40 years), we have maintained our reputation of being at the forefront of catering services. We have a beautiful little converted horsebox or black gazebos to serve from or we can work inside. We use only authentic Spanish ingredients and fresh local produce.

Brilliant, would definitely recommend! Beautiful paella and lots of side dishes. All served to us and presented nicely. Then Liam cleared away everything at the end of the meal. He even poured our prosecco for us too :) Everyone loved it and thought it was a great idea!

Chef Lopez arrived exactly on time, as promised, and cooked a delicious paella for our guests, which went down very well with everyone. The amounts are very generous, so no-one went hungry. Great quality, huge prawns, clams and mussels, chorizo etc. The staff were so easy to work with, a voice of calm as things got underway for us. Thank you again -would recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic evening, for my partner's 70th birthday. The food was outstanding (we did the tapas evening). Laur and Ryan did a wonderful job, and were so friendly and helpful. The table looked spectacular, and all the guests absolutely loved both the food and the atomosphere.
