We are a high-energy 1920s - 1950s trio that plays popular Blues, Jazz, Ragtime, Rock & Roll, Swing, and Boogie music. The band uses 1930s metal resonator guitars, a real 1920s drum kit, and washboards as well as wearing tailored vintage suits. We swap instruments and singers at various times in a set. This provides you with a show with a wide variety of sounds and styles while also being authentic, danceable, and with the odd quip between songs - entertaining and humorous.

"My wife and I thought that Petites Annonces were terrific, and exactly what we had been looking for. Their music was full of character, played with great verve and skill, and made just the right atmosphere for a party in a hired country house. They were also bang on time, very efficient in setting up, easy going and a pleasure to have at our party. Recommended without hesitation."

We booked the Tommy Ludgate Trio for our corporate Christmas Celebration to provide background music for our drinks and canapes event. Absolutely brilliant - great voices and lots of fun. We really enjoyed having the Front Covers entertain us at our birthday/charity party celebration. They are a lovely group, totally professional and well organised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a group who will guarantee a good night of singing and music - they obviously love what they do! Thanks guys - you were fabulous!
