The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, and carve & serve the meat. Our roast machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the Lamb being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.

Absolutely fantastic ! Couldn't ask for better for our wedding reception ! Loved the horse box ,which you even managed to squeeze into the restricted area we wanted it in . Very pleased with our Bbq which was hassle free and received much praise from our guests. Good selection of meats and salads and the service was spot on from Laura and Mandy. Would recommend as it took the stress away of cooking good bbq food for 30 people.

Very professional, punctual and wonderful food. Teresa and Ben were lovely. Everything was as requested and all was cleared away and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend Top Piper's Hog Roast. We would definitely use them again. The crackling was amazing!!
