Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

I cannot rate Buffets & BBqs highly enough. Our team building event held in Hope Valley consisted of a days Clay Pigeon shooting for 13 of our external sales team with big appetites who simply cannot praise these guys any more. The quality of the food provided along with the range and quantity was absolutely perfect. The Palate Box provided everything we wanted for the most fantastic birthday party. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was - we went for the ribeye, sea bass Niçoise salad and the halloumi option. Rob was kind enough to cater for both vegan and gluten free guests. The desserts were to die for - not a crumb was left! Rob provided all the crockery and cutlery and cleared everything up afterwards - totally stress-free …
