The roast comes with staff to supervise the operation, and carve & serve the meat. Our roast machine is on wheels so getting to the tricky areas is not a problem. Meat takes between 8-10 hours of cooking time, we cook the meat on our premises and leave the last hour for your event, so you and guests can see the Lamb being cooked before placing it on the top of the roast machine for the carving, which is always the focal point and gives the wow factor to any event.

"From the beginning to the end,Mark was fabulous. He listened, advised and absolutely came through. We kept upping the numbers but that did not phase him. We chose Paella’, salad and bread. They were so delicious. Our guests went for seconds and thirds. From arrival Mark and Simon rigged their equipment without any fuss. Karl and his team were fantastic, they managed to cater for all 38 of us in our private work Christmas party, no sweat! Unfortunately we may have been slightly tipsy and forgot to take pictures of the dishes but they were beautiful, well presented and tasty. Also a big thank you for being able to alter the menu to fit everyone's restrictions, I know its not an easy task but it was a big help - see you again next year! ;)

Ian and his daughter arrived on time and gave us an excellent service. I was a bit concerned that the hog roast might not be ready on time but it was. They were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious.
