I found Sarah lovely to work with. She was very helpful and creative and totally reliable. I found the poptop website difficult to negotiate. I did not get notifications of her emails so missed several messages from her until I realised I had to log into the website each time to check for messages. This made communication very cumbersome.

These were bloody brilliant!!! A worthwhile add to any party, my friends loved them! There was a mistake with the order which Sara sorted immediately and sent out some more headphones so I have no complaints. They were easy to set up once I’d spoken to Sara and uploaded 2 Spotify playlists onto the iPad and once they were offline they were both perfectly!

Spot on from booking to finish! Great communication and quick to reply to any queries I had. Good value for money with perfect equipment which was very easy to set up and use. Pop top have thought I'd everything right down to the little details. Collection was no problem. I packed everything away but forgot something out of it....didn't need to worry they covered that eventuality too!
