You made the day wonderful with your extremely tasty food, the hog was perfectly cooked and the crackling was a definite hit with the guests, especially my husband :) Richard arrived on time, setup with minimum fuss and got on with the job. The Rib Rack Co is amazing. Very professional, very friendly and helpful. The food is amazingly good and there was plenty to go round and more which they left in the fridge ! The meat was succulent and all the side dishes : stuffing, cole slaw , rice salad and more were delicious. It was a lovely day and thank you Rib Rack Co for making it extra special

Pat was great to work with and he also made a night to remember with delicious food that he setup and let us have at our own pace. The only thing was a few of the details on the original booking page weren't accurate, like 30 mins before (needed 2 hours) and some other items. With that being said, would definitely recommend and book again if needed

"On the night the chocolate fountain was super, and the options to go on the kebab stick were great. and the candy floss machine was lovely. We just had a bit of communication difficulty in the middle, so I think Ever So Sweet just need to make sure they have paperwork printed with customer contact details on should all phones and accounts get hacked."
