Sadly, the weather didn’t hold out for us on the day but Paul worked through the rain and created some amazing food and provided a wonderful, friendly and professional service. I’m impressed with the service of the company. The quality of food wasn’t great. The starter was very good. A risotto for main was not cooked and lacked the creaminess a risotto should have. Lacked seasoning and Parmesan. A chocolate brownie for desert that tasted nice but was too powdery. I felt a basic menu such as this should have been executed to a higher standard.
