We do not usually book staff for events without first having recommendations and I was anxious to do this-
However Fernando and Filipe arrived early after a long drive to us in the suffolk countryside and we could not have been more delighted. We were around 60 guests for a christening, Impeccable service and professionalism throughout. Worked incredibly hard and more than happy to stay an extra hour to help.
All the guests praised how helpful and attentive they were, discrete and polite at all times. Could not fault them and would thoroughly recommend, would not hesitate to book again. Thankyou both for your exemplary service it was a pleasure to have you help us.

Beth from ALT Events was brilliant and we couldn’t have managed without her!
We had a party for 30 people at home and she completely understood the requirements and so many people had something positive to say about her. Everything from greeting guests, topping up drinks, keeping me on track with event timings. Beth even managed to find my sis in law throughout the night who had 2 little ones so she could give her the drink that she kept forgetting!
Would recommend her for any event.
Pop top was very easy to use and professional when dealing with queries. Great find.

The staff arrived early and were very professional, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that I found the company quite difficult to get hold of on a couple of occasions ahead of the wedding, which was disappointing. Overall though a great service.

Rachel & her team assisted us with food prep for our Party. They laid out the buffet table beautifully and did all of the clear up which was a God send! Would highly recommend them.

Helen was amazing and worth every penny. She was so lovely and thoughtful and fitted right in. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely ask for her again.
Ruby lemon were lucky to get the booking as appalling at responding to questions pre booking and kept asking to ring us but then never did. I booked on credit card as we were desperate and thought I will get the money back anyway. Apart from demanding their invoices being paid they were slow and poor at responding even after booking. They asked for payment up front. If Ruby Lemon sorted out their communication it would have been overall an amazing experience.
