Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

Absolutely fantastic ! Couldn't ask for better for our wedding reception ! Loved the horse box ,which you even managed to squeeze into the restricted area we wanted it in . Everyone found you to be friendly and efficient and offer a good range of drinks at a good price . Any communication since booking has always been both quick and accomodating to our wishes . The service from Oink Oink BBQ was exceptional. The pork was the best pork I have ever tasted and all our guest were raving about it. The crackling was out of this world. Honestly couldn't thank them enough. I am now trying to find any excuse to throw a party just so I can hire Martin and his team again. They were the dream team and made our day so special. Thank you.

Our birthday BBQ from Smoulder & Scorch was delicious! - the guys set up with ease, cooked amazing food and packed away without impacting on our gathering. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as good as we hoped but it didn’t phase S&S - we had enough food to feed our party for lunch, dinner & lunch the following day. Many thanks, we’ll definitely be recommending Smoulder & Scorch and hopefully book them again in the future.

Chris and Saleem from Chard catering were both brilliant! Really nice guys. The food was amazing and was displayed beautifully. Everyone was very happy and there was enough food left over for lunch the next day for everyone. We will definitely be using them again.
