All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using fresh ingredients.
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality toppings.
No commercial yeast here.
Our 100 year old certified sourdough recipe has a lower GI because of the fermentation process, therefore it is much healthier than traditional Pizza.
All of this to create a fantastic 11’’ sourdough pizza experience!
