hired this for my 21, was really pleased with how it turned out! the driver (lorenzo) was perfect, patient and helpful (and fun!). had a stop at the london bridge which he took photos of us with and helped with toilets/breaks :) amazing experience

I hired the Party Bus to take us from home to the restaurant for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the entire experience. The bus holds 16 passengers but I only booked for 6 of us and it was the right amount of space as it would have been a bit too cramped if there were 16 people.
Definitely worth the experience and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time on Sat 27th with Lorenzo as our driver.
We were able to bring our own drink & didn't need to worry about getting rid of the bottles afterwards it was all sorted my Lorenzo.
This was a surprise for someone's 30th & they loved it. From start to finish it was enjoyable.
The journey is only 25 mins but we wanted the journey to take 2 hours and fairplay it did.
We even got a toilet break which was handy.
Lorenzo was really polite, helpful explaining how to do the music.
I will def be doing this again & using the same company & requesting Lorenzo.

On time is always a big plus. Clean vehicle and very friendly driver. He even stopped off when someone was desperate for the toilet and even looked after our stuff while we went into the venue. The 22 seat party bus was ideal. The lights, Bluetooth music and complimentary bubbly (we also brought out own drinks) made for a brilliant trip.

The Children had a brilliant time, would recommend using this service.

Fantastic experience for my youngest daughters birthday (14).
The limo was unfortunately a little late, this was apparently due to central London traffic.
However Max from the office kept us up to date, and provided exceptionally good customer service.
We received the limo that we requested, it was clean, well equipped and everything worked!
The cherry on top of the cake was our driver Giorgio. He was lovely.
Very polite, friendly, accommodating, capable and mild mannered.
My daughter was over the moon. Couldn't have asked for more!

The bus was a great size, the driver was very helpful, even finding a toilet for us! All the communication in the lead up was very good and any questions I had were answered promptly. Most importantly, our bride loved her ride on the party bus!

Hired stretched hummer for a primary school Prom night. Comfortably fits 10-14 children.
Excellent service, good contact leading up to and on the day of the event. Driver was polite and professional, the vehicle we had was exceptional and the children absolutely loved it.
Minor problem that we hired a pink hummer but the vehicle was out of action on the day of hire. It did not detract from the event and the company kept me informed on the day and sent a white one instead. I would recommend them and will use them again if the occasion arises.

I ordered a 22 seater party minibus to take my son and his friends to their prom. I had great service from pop top and from the company who supplied the minibus. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Highly recommend them if you are planning an event 😄

My birthday limo was great. The interior was nice and clean. Vicky our driver was amazing and very accommodating with all requests. She didn't rush us whilst taking photos and always offered to take group photos for us.
It was a hot day so AC would have been preferable as the mini fans were not so effective but overall we had an amazing time and a smooth ride.

Driver was friendly, would have been good to know that we had to pay the rest of the money in cash on the day as we weren't prepared so had to run to a cash machine which delayed us setting off.

I had booked the pink hummer for my manager's hen do for Friday 5th May. The driver contacted me early in the afternoon to advise there may be road closures and traffic due to the kings coronation and we should try to get there earlier. The driver was very polite and arrived on time to pick us from the agreed pick up point. He got us to our destination ahead of time. The service was brilliant. Would defo recommend Book Limo to others. 😊😊

I hired the hummer limo for my birthday, and the whole process of booking, communicating and on the event day was super easy! The limo arrived early, the driver was so lovely. We had a few issues at times with connecting to the Bluetooth but the driver was happy to help us out!

The driver, Bicoi Laurentiu Ion, arrived well in advance to pick us up. We didn't have a specific route or location but he was able to make it a magical journey, over dartford bridge and through canary wharf. We had a brief stop at the castle by tower bridge which gave the girls an opportunity to take amazing pictures with the shard in the background. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the journey especially because they were allowed to bring their own playlist. Overall, it was a great evening.

The whole experience was great. We hired the bus for a hen party for 20 of us. The driver was attentive and stopped safely whenever we needed something including finding a hotel on the way where we could stop for a toilet break! This is a review for the driver and service provided by him. Bicoi was fantastic and very professional from start to finish. He asked us if there anywhere in particular we wanted to go etc. He also accommodated us with toilet stops which was fantastic! He was also really understanding when we had to go back to where we were picked up for my husband to pick up his ID so we were very thankful for that. Although it wasn’t on his notes someone who I had spoken to had said there was going to be a magnum on the bus and he fully accommodated this which we were happy with. We couldn’t fault at all and if we was to book another party bus will definitely be asking for Bicoi again! Thank you making our experience so great!

Booked a 16-seater Hummer limo for my son's 13th birthday celebrations.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and accommodating of my requests.

My son and his friends had a blast. They were provided with bottles of kids champagne.

The driver was professional, friendly and polite. He didn't complain once despite having a limo full of teens and pre-teens.

The limo interior itself was a little outdated but very minor issue when having fun. It was clean and presentable.

Would definitely recommend and use the service again.

We hired the party bus hummer for my daughters 18th on Saturday and literally everyone had the best time! The hummer itself was gorgeous and the driver was really friendly. We went around London and stopped at the London Eye to take pics. My only criticism would be that we only got to stop at one place within the 3 hours, but none the less We had the best time. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience! Our chauffeur -- Rez -- arrived early and was very professional. The ride was comfortable and fun! The lights and sound system were great, and once the A/C got going, the temperature and air quality was good. The hummer can fit 16 people, but if you have several larger individuals in your party, I would recommend not bring more than 12 passengers for max comfort.

Will very likely rebook in the future. Top quality fun!

We used the company for my Doughtier Birthday by booking the Hummer style . Price was reasonable and service was great, driver picked us up from location we advised on booking and was right on time when picking us up. Used the service again today booking the 22 seater party bus for next June and again, company got back straight away and you don't have to pay the full amount up front, just a deposit to secure your date by Pay deposit . Recommended to a friend who is also booking for a hen do for next year.

In relation to the limo vehicle itself, it wasn't great I hired the Hummer H2 and the car was run down it smelt a bit funny, the interior was not up to par either and wasn't the most comfortable. Nonetheless, it did the trick

Last minute booking, quote cheaper than taxi to Central London! for a group of friends. After few drinks in local pub we decided to continue party in Soho night club. Driver pick us up from Ealing Broadway. So enjoyable travelling to and from night out in London in a luxury limousine. I will definitely use this service again .

Responsiveness was great. The driver was lovely and prompt. However, the car was in poor condition inside and out (clean but scruffy worn leather and dated interior it was not the luxury experience touted) and definitely not worth £700 for one hour. They claimed it was because demand was high because it was prom night however I booked this probably three or four weeks before (disorganised boys) so clearly this company was not in demand that much and now I know why. The air-conditioning also didn’t work and the windows were not allowed to be rolled down so 14 boys arrived in very sweaty suits for their prom. (Company response was they never said there was Aircon and it was a very hot day!) A miserly and tokenistic offer of a discount on another booking was made after I complained which in my view was a slap in the face. I would not recommend for anyone who wants a high class service. And don’t let them tell you there’s no limo younger than 2007 and therefore this is what you’ll get anywhere. This car has not been looked after, I have seen limos In immaculate condition, older than this.

Communication to be fair, I can’t really fault. They rang me 2 hrs prior to confirm the postcode as the hotel that they were collecting from had 3 postcodes in London.
Unfortunately the Limo was 20 minutes late arriving due to traffic, but did add the time on to the end. Luckily the theatre was delayed by a short while.
The limousine overall was beautiful, very clean and a fantastic experience.
Price for the hour was just short of £400, which in my eyes was a little expensive, but you are paying London prices and for the experience.
The chauffeur was a foreigner, but was very well mannered and very well dressed.
Would I use the company again? Yer I would, subject to the event.

We had a really good time in the Hummer Limo, our driver Rex was super cool & stopped at loads of great sites & made sure we got some awesome family pictures! I feel the price is quite high, but it’s an experience you’ll never forget!

Our driver Bicoi Lon was polite and professional and attended to our requests (finding a toilet stop) and making to other stop offs. The party bus was great, decorations and magnum bottle was provided. However, the company did question me multiple times about payment (that I had paid in full) telling me I hadn’t paid the full amount, when I paid in full what was quoted to me and on the invoice and email exchanges. This was question over the phone before and then on the party bus itself I had to take a phone call with the bus limo manager. It was resolved in the end but did make the experience less smooth running.

Bus was great, communications were great before the event however the driver we had on the day was so so miserable. It was abit of a buzz kill so that ruined the experience a little bit.

The limo was fun but arrived 40 minutes late to our event which ruined the timing of our dinner. But great, loud speaker, cups for drinks provided and a bottle of cheap champagne.
We had to call the limo company a lot to arrange details. It wasn't really done through this app.

Others wise we had a great time but would probably pick a different supplier next time.

Limo pulled up at the right time and location stated. However, before we could even drive I was told I had to make the rest of the payment which then wasted 10 minutes and was asked for a tip before we had even left. My final payment was more than what my initial email stated, which felt like a scam.
We arrived at our wedding ceremony later than expected as the driver could not get there on time, due to time-wasting with payment and unexpected traffic which could've been averted if we didnt have all the hassle before leaving.
On the way to the first location I was hounded on the phone by the drivers boss asking about the payment and ordering me to call my bank as they hadn't recieved the money. Baring in mind this was no longer than 5-10 minutes AFTER the payment had been made. I had to show the driver proof that the payment was sent over immediately. Very unprofessional and damn right rude.
We then requested to arrive at our second location by a certain time and the driver could not meet this either, making us arrive a half hour late. He drove us to the London Eye (which we did not ask for) which while this was a lovely gesture it was not what we wanted nor planned.
The overall experience was stressful and has put me off of using/recommending these services in the future.

They asked to change time two days before from 5pm to 4.30. agreed in 4.40 as I could only change my venue time slightly.
Didn't pick up until 5.20. sent to the wrong place. They're mistake only gave 1 bottle but 2 as promised. Driver showed order but he agreed and gave two in the end
Rain leaked into the bus I got wet. Broke down at lights for 5-10 mins

Music was easy to connect to, drivers were on time.

Had the worst experience, which was a shame as my partner was looking forward to it. First off, I received a call on the way to my partners birthday drinks telling me the sound system is not working as it should. They didn’t have another vehicle that could accommodate us so I settled for it. I received a call just before 8pm telling me the driver is running 10-15 mins late. The driver called me at 8:29 to tell me he’d arrived. He was half an hour late! And when he arrived, he didn’t even apologise, the first thing he asked was for me to settle my balance. We had a restaurant reservation at 9pm, so I did not want to extend it. We had less than 30 mins in the vehicle. I asked for money off as I felt I did not get what I paid for and all they did was knock off £30, off a total £495. Very disappointed in the service and definitely won’t be booking again. Advice to Management: be mindful how you liaise with customers as first impressions are everything and some go to a lot of trouble and spend a lot of money for their loved ones to have a good time.

Update 16/01: Maz has since compensated me an extra £70 for my poor experience, for the sound system not working properly and for the ride being cut short due to their lateness - he was lovely on the phone and I appreciate this gesture

Very disappointing dodgy experience. Deposit 180 paid weird , no further contact on how to pay remaining balance 475. E-mail to Poptop & called supplier on the day. Told Cash on arrival, seriously unprofessional. Unclear which company we were dealing with as payment made to different company name. Limo very late , booked for 7pm arrived 740pm . Driver was polite and very apologetic , however that doesn’t help when you’ve paid a lot of money for a service dependant on reliability. We had a restaurant booking for 7pm prompt. Received unacceptable exscuses re bad traffic. Moreover, instead of the displayed black Hummar ordered, we received a white limo that did not meet our expectations. The promised extra time for the delay was also not honoured. Supplier texted eta 7 mins when in fact it was 14 on top of the 2O mins already waiting Promised extra time this was not honoured I will be asking for min 50% refund without any quibble. complimentary bubbly was nasty. Limo decor poor. Will never use again.
