My name is Josh Maddocks and I'm a multi-award-winning magician and member of The Magic Circle based in King’s Lynn, West Norfolk.
I'm best known for my unique performance style, mixing magic and comedy to leave your guests laughing and amazed. over my career, I have had the pleasure to have worked with big named brands like Red Bull and Nissan, I have also worked alongside celebrities, most recently I attended the opening of Club 17 for Radio one superstar Charlie Sloth.
I have been hired for hundreds of weddings, birthdays and corporate events since my first paid event back in 2007 and I continually look to improve what I do, Since I started my residency this year in Tipsy Teapot I have had to learn more tricks and practice even more than ever, this lead me to getting into the local news and radio on multiple occasions. Since then I have taken on another 2 residency's and I have won another award.

I perform close up magic suitable for all ages!
My magic works for all occasions I mainly perform at weddings where there are a wide range and a variety of different age groups. My act works best to break the ice and entertain people so they can relax and enjoy the occasion,
I tend to mingle in with the crowd, so it could be one on one or for larger groups. In the past, I have performed at a wedding for over 1000 people, so whatever the situation I can make it work.
I mainly perform close up magic with objects like cards, coins and on occasion; sponge balls. I am usually booked to break the ice and cut out any awkward tension.
This is done by making your guest laugh as I proceed to show them jaw-dropping magic that will leave them blown away and have them talking about your event for years to come.
