Hired a 3m x 6m marquee for my daughter’s 16th birthday for her and friends, which they loved. Really friendly staff and quick assembly. Only issue was that I payed for 4 heaters and was recommended on the day of assembly to only have 2 because it would be too warm in the marquee if I have 4. They were correct. This should have been stated in the quote to avoid paying for something I didn’t need. With that being said, overall great service and value for money. I would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

On the day of the event, Julie and crew were very efficient, helpful and friendly and the marquee was up and ready in no time. I was completely satisfied with the service I received apart from the fact that I got confused concerning which company I was dealing with. I had so many emails from pop top but also from the company who actually supplied the marquee.

Julie and her team were fantastic! We had a 4x8 marquee with extras and would absolutely recommend this company. Set up and removal was very efficient and the quality was great.

We used Dream Event Hire through Poptop. Julie and her team was amazing. They did arrive later than expected but it was school break-up and a Friday so traffic was hectic. Everything arrived as requested. I would highly recommend.

We hired a 3x6m tent for my 70th birthday party. The tent was good quality and had windows down each side. Delivery, installation and removal were efficient and timely. Would definitely recommend.

The guys that erected the marquee were fantastic so helpful and polite. They made sure we knew when they would arrive to put the marquee up and if they were running a bit behind they would let us know. Overall they were great and if and when I need another marquee they would be the company I would use.

We needed a marquee at very short notice and the service we got was great. The marquee was perfect for what we needed and the service to assemble and then remove the marquee was fast and well organised. Communication to reserve the marquee and then on the day was very quick. Thanks to the team!

The Marquee and furniture that was supplied considerably exceeded my expectations. The pleasant and helpful staff gave sound advice on how and where it should be positioned to the best advantage and erected it very efficiently. It was dismantled promptly and equally efficiently the day after the party. I was more than satisfied with the whole process and a number of our guests commented on how much they liked it.

Very clean and brilliant service

Can wholeheartedly highly recommend. Super slick service, fantastic communication and the marquee itself was just brilliant. Solid, neat and sizeable. It absolutely made my mothers 70th birthday celebrations. It was likened to a wedding!! Julia listened to our desires of where to position it in the garden. They worked efficiently to erect it. And the results as already alluded to, were super standard. Cannot thank and recommend enough. Have shared some photos!

Absolutely brilliant service from Dreams Event Hire. Fantastic communication throughout, they arrived earlier than expected for set up on the Friday and were very flexible about pick-up. The marquee was up in no time and was perfect for our small wedding reception with 17 people. Also really appreciated them using some of the water from the weights to fill up my friends' water butt! Thank you for such fantastic, friendly service!

This was the best thing we have ever got for our parties at home. Previously we would have so much mess in the house but with this marquee it gave everyone so much more room and looked amazing!
We will most definitely be renting this marquee again when we have our next party.

From booking the marquee to setting it up- it was all extremely wonderful & easy!

It unfortunately rained in our event - with thunderstorms!- but the marquee lived up to expectations and kept everyone perfectly dry!

I can't speak highly enough of these guys.
They were really up against it with torrential rain hammering down as the tents were put up. But they did the job with smiles and jokes all round.
They problem solved brilliantly and both were up and ready in good time.

When the sun came out in the afternoon, it was perfect! And the guys happily came back at the end of the day to remove them as well.

Would definitely use this company again and recommend them for any fair weather parties.

Very good choice of photo booth suppliers, one of the most reasonably priced and just as much fun. They were very patient with our guests who weren't made aware of their presence until 2 hours into the event, which left very little time to get lots of pictures and memories of the evening. Would definitely use again.

10 out of 10! Julie and her team were amazing on our wedding. So professional and friendly! The flower backdrop looked amazing in the background of the photo booth photos and they encouraged people to sign the guest book we purchased through them, so we have amazing memories to look back on! Julie was really flexible and patient I when it came to designing the template for the Photo Booth pics and I loved the guestbook. People loved the Photo Booth and I would defo recommend!

My mum hired dreams event hire for her wedding and they was absolutely amazing !!! Such friendly kind people. Brilliant photo booth not like the usual standard photo booth but this one is deffo 10000 times better can get in loads of people and great prices too! Was really the center of attention and made everyone laugh and made it really memorable too!! Thank you very much!

I had a fantastic experience and I will most definitely use them again.

The guys were great who attended the booth, helpful and patient. I was a little disappointed by the small array of dress up options, this is something that could be improved. They arrived as planned and communication was good between myself and Julie.

The nature was put up very quickly and professionally and served the purpose of being an extra room in the garden.

Staff were great, arrived on time.

The only thing that wasn't great was the condition of the chairs and tables.

The chairs were clean but had a lot of rust spots on the seats, the legs were more orange than white from rust.
The tables you could not use without a table cloth as they were scuffed on the edges. The tables were clean but didn't look clean from the marks.

We were so pleased with the service that as provided and everyone had such a fab time. Thank you, Kelly Gibbs, Head of HR, H+K International. (Rugby)

There was a fault in the equipment during the hire of the booth, some sort of interference between the camera and the disco lights they said? This caused that most of the pictures had at least a completely black picture in the set of 3 pictures taken for the print. Pictures had to be retaken many times for each group to be able to obtain a decent set of 3 that was no black. Then, halfway through the service, the printer stopped working and guests couldn't get a print copy anymore, only a digital version by scanning a QR code.
The people running the booth were polite and apologised for the inconvenience, however, there was not really an attitude to try to solve the problem or find alternatives, we just had to accept it as it was. They even printed pictures with a completely black picture in the set, which I had to be the one saying that there is no point on printing a picture like that. Considering the price paid, disappointed with overall service and quality.

Overall the photo booth pictures are lovely and it was a great extra for our guest. However
The Photo Booth staff who attended the wedding turned up in joggers and tracksuits (we specifically asked for smart attire (jeans / shirt etc) and this was ignored and they stood out like a sore thumb, with some guests asking who these two people were and if they’d arrived at the wrong event.

We also paid an additional fee to ensure we had a photo book for attendees to take a photo and write a message on our big day - this was not ‘forgotten’ - a massive part of our day was missed due to this the only way we were going to have special messages from guests on the day -

we spoke to the two chaps who turned up and they said they would send over a photo book with the photos from the day at a later date - but since we have heard nothing We have sent a number of emails and text messages with no response.

So not only are we down the book we were promised but also the fee we paid -

Really dissatisfied with the service and subsequent communications - I would be cautious of using this company going forward.

The supplier never arrived, apparently the team had an accident on the way to our venue. We were notified when we chased to find out their whereabouts. I have not received confirmation of our refund.

Didn't bring enough weights so we were unable to use this service due to safety. very disappointed
