Ime was very helpful in the booking process. He had a video call with us and discussed all the plans for the day and answered any questions we had (and even gave us some great suggestions!). He filled us with lots of confidence that the team would be able to support our needs.
On the day, the team arrived perfectly on time. They were all dressed smartly and were polite and professional. We had a team of waiters including Doris who was the event manager. They were very attentive when we gave them the tour and brief at the start of the day and asked really good questions. They were then excellent throughout the day and did everything that was asked.
Doris was very professional and was a great person to have leading the team. She was very easy to communicate with and filled us with lots of confidence and took away a huge amount of potential stress on our wedding day - it was a relief to have such a big part of the day well looked after.
The venue staff were also very impressed and positive with the team (Endeavour Woodland Weddings) and said they would be very happy to work with them again.

We used the team for our wedding at the end of April. The team were amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our event. The team helped our day to run so smoothly from our drinks reception through to helping ensure that as much tidying up of drink and food was completed by the end of the night. We are extremely grateful for their help through our day and having them there meant we did not need to worry about any aspects to do with our food and drinks. Great service and lovely staff
The representatives from ESS were amazing. They were personable, hard working, organised, tidy, adaptable and really made me feel at ease. Anything that needed doing they did without being asked. They were always one step ahead. They even went to buy supplies when we ran low on a couple of small items.
I cannot speak highly enough about the service which we received. They made our event run smoothly and I did not have to worry about the service aspect of the event at all which meant I was able to relax and enjoy the night with my guests which is exactly what we wanted.
All of our guests commented on how hard working and friendly they were.
We would not hesitate to book ESS for future events. They were 5* all round.

I booked ESS to provide waitress staff for my birthday party being held at my house. Imi of ESS kept in touch prior to the party to ensure he could provide the correct staff to support our needs on the day.
Zara and Eloise our waitresses for the afternoon arrived early, they were immaculately dressed, very friendly and polite and very happy to provide whatever service my wife wanted.
They were brilliant, they not only ensured my guests received a first class service they went the extra yard to help ensure the success of my party.

Turned up almost an hour later than they were due to start serving. Very disappointed caused a lot of stress and worry on my wedding day and delayed food going out to our guests which had a roll on effect for our evening plans.
