Service was impeccable from start to finish. Very prompt replying to any enquiries. Coach turned up on time despite having to come all the way from London to Southampton. This was a fun experience and good if you need to get about in London but.... we booked this bus for our Christmas staff party and we booked knowing it would have AUX/Bluetooth connection. however when we got on this bus the driver had told us it was broken so we asked for the radio and he also said the radio does not work. it was a little frustrating as we had booked hoping it at least listen to some music and have some fun! other than that it was a good service and we arrived on time considering the London traffic.
The transport unfortunately arrived 30 mins late and so we missed part of our evening. We had told you 4.30pm pick up by George Regal told us they had been told by you 5pm. Apart from that the service was good.
The driver was friendly and arrived promptly. The coach was clean and tidy. We booked the transport for a hen party and were disappointed as we couldn’t play our own music and the radio wasn’t working.

Honestly incredibly disappointing - I will be calling to speak to a manager this week.
