Very professional, lots of contact before the event so felt very confident that they would have everything organised on the day. Set up was very easy and hassle free. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was, including our vegan and vegetarian friends. Would definitely recommend them and they made our evening complete. Many thanks.

Amazing, booked for a party we where having in our home and it was amazing. The where professional, quick set up although you need a large outdoor area for all equipment but totally worth it. My guests loved the food and all wanted to book for their own party’s. 100% recommended! Thanks Guasacaca for a great party!
Fantastic food with really friendly staff! I opted for the pig box and I was not disappointed. The crackling on the meat was perfect and the salsa with the black beans was so fresh and tasty. The avacado sauce is a perfect accompaniment. The bread they offer was also crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. A must try!

Arepas are Venezuela’s quintessential and most beloved food.
Stuffed and grilled gluten-free Corn Bun which is opened like a pocket and filled up with a variety of fillings. It's crunchy on the outside and fluffy and steamy in the inside made from a white corn flour.
They are versatile as they can be stuffed with beef, chicken, pork and a variety of veggie and vegan options.
They also have excellent nutritional value! Arepas are gluten free, nut free and dairy free, and are a great source of vitamins and fibre.
They are delicious and filling, always prepared and delivered with a warm Venezuelan smile.
