Party Equipment Hire

Unfortunately the lights were not in the package that I paid for, the bubble machine did not work and there is some confusion about how the equipment is to be returned. Three messsges have been sent about this but no reply.

I hire the screen for a baby shower, unusual I know but was a great success. Would definitely recommend and do again.

I hired projector for my mother’s 70th birthday and I am very glad I hired one as it turned out to be on the highlights of the party. All the guests enjoyed the slideshow and we had couple of tribute videos to play which were very clear and cinema-like when played. It was very easy to set up thanks to the very well organised instruction sheet. Everything was packed well as it included everything required. It was an excellent hire and I for sure will hire again for future events. Thank you

Overall very happy with service provided by Party Hire Equipment. All equipment arrived in good time and with all that was needed, including an instruction manual and list of all part included. On initial observations, I was concerned about the dirty marks which would not come off the screen, but as soon as the sun went down and the movie started, these were not visible. It was difficult to get the projector to line up perfectly, legs on the projector would of been handy, instead we used a couple of books to prop up and get the right angle. Overall, very impressed and would recommend. Event was enjoyed by all, thank you for making it happen 😊

I ordered 20 piece silent disco with 2 lights and fog/smoke machine. On the receipt of the parcel the instructions were provided to take pictures of the packed equipment. Well first warning to others thinking of booking with them - take pictures of ALL the equipment individually and do it from all angles and cover every single millimetre of it! The equipment was packed away and sent back on Monday after the weekend. The parcel ended up with them on Tuesday 06th August. Email has been sent that they are checking the items and will issue a deposit refund when it is checked. I waited 3 full days for any sort of contact about the deposit return - nothing. On Saturday I emailed to ask when I can expect the refund to be processed - nothing. On Monday 12th Aug I resent my email at 13:22 that I am still awaiting response. I got sent two pictures with the note that the fog machine was "smashed apart" and they will calculate the cost and return rest of the deposit! I know for certain that this damage have not happen when the machine was in my possession. I asked for date stamped pictures of the equipment before it was sent to me - nothing. Obviously they only apply those rules to their customers and not themselves. Will be seeking chargeback through my bank to recover the deposit!
