Service provided was excellent, driver kept me informed of his arrival time on the day and that the drop off was completed at the destination. My daughter enjoyed the experience with her friends and said it was very cool to be able to have drinks and their music on the way to the prom with her friends.

Booked the limo for a year 6 prom and we couldn’t be happier. Limo arrival and drop off were perfectly timed. The team at Level Hire couldn’t have been more helpful, answering our questions before hand and making sure everything went smoothly and the driver was great, friendly and looked after them well. I hired a limo to take me and my groomsmen to my wedding, and it did not disappoint. The car looked fantastic, we were kindly given a bottle of champagne to enjoy on the journey, and we were able to choose our own music! Would highly recommend these guys.
An excellent experience from the very first minute of booking till the end of the ride. Communication was superb and the driver was exceptional. It made 5 children very happy, and they still haven’t stopped talking about. It was money well spent and I will definitely be using the service again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Booked for my sons prom. Cannot fault the service, all emails and calls replied to promptly, Limo arrived on time, driver really friendly and waited while we took photos. At the venue he can put and open the door so the boys could get out in style. They felt like celebrities! Extremely happy! 10/10

Cannot recommend level hire enough. The communication was excellent. Our driver was super friendly and made prom special. Disappointed with communication from poptop due to unanswered queries but levelhire more than made up for it.
Car arrived on time and allowed plenty of time for the girls to take pictures, the driver was very patient whilst waiting for them and happy to leave when they were ready. Overall a very good experience on the day. Thank you, the girls were thrilled with the car and loved arriving at prom in style!!

The drinks were warm, with it being a hot day there were only two windows that opened.

I would highly recommend this hummer for any occasion, we booked at really short notice due to being let down from another company for my sons prom, poptop and level hire where so helpful, the hummer was amazing my son and his friends loved it, definitely arrived at their prom in style, I was kept informed of everything I needed to know and was so easy to contact level hire if I had any queries, the driver was so friendly and nothing was to much trouble, will definitely be booking again for my daughters prom and any other occasions we may have, all in all amazing service.

My experience to start wasnt great. Company wanted full payment straight away which we wasn’t expecting and it never said in the write up, so we had to find the money quick otherwise we’d lose our deposit. The insurance fee to cover you is also pretty useless as it only covers the deposit and that fee, not your total.
Company didn’t reply to lots of our emails with confirmation wanted. Few things let us to wonder if everything was legit so it was abit of a worry but I’m happy to say it all went well.
That being said, the car wasn’t the car we ordered but luckily the lads all liked it!
I wouldn’t say it was worth the money tho, prom or not. It was quite an old limo not what I was expecting but like I said the boys were happy.
Would I use them again? No I wouldn’t.
Terrible experience promised my daughter I would get her a lovely car for a prom experience booked it well in advance paid the deposit and struggled constantly to get hold of the guy that was providing the car Finally the night before the prom he phoned me. He couldn’t get there the time he promised he couldn’t send the car that he promised we got all details exchanged and sorted. He then turned up 40 minutes late with an absolute clapped out rustbucket of a car charge me £750, terrible terrible service. This is the third review I’ve sent you and you have not responded to any of them.
I was very disappointed with the communication and then the company were 40 minutes late which caused a lot of upset and stress. The children missed half of their next event due to the lateness of the limo, it couldn’t have been worse weather waiting around in torrential rain with 12 eleven year olds!! I am seeking a partial refund.
