Our cocktail classes have been perfected over years of showcasing and hosting masterclasses both large and small.
Cocktail Masterclasses – learn about the history of alcohol (in a fun way!) by tasting an array of different spirits along with creating cocktails of your choice. Get behind the bar and get ready to shake!
There will be demonstrations throughout for you to try along with tasting spirits, games and forfeits and of course making your favourite cocktails. The average cocktail masterclass has an average of 3-5 drinks per person including a welcome glass of fizz.

Booking with Liam was great. His communication was excellent from the beginning and he helped provide a great experience for the hen. He catered for a very rowdy group of 27 and made it fun, interactive and fully got involved in the mayhem. There were a number of people not drinking in the group and some that changed their minds last minute, Liam was flexible and nothing was an issue. I booked Liam for an 11 person hen do, and it was fantastic! He brought a bar, glasses, all the alcohol, and provided a really great service- he was happy to take the evening at whatever pace we wanted, so we didn’t feel rushed or like he wanted to be done by a specific time.
