Brilliant team and set up for a wedding. They were the sole bar for an all day wedding event and were brilliant start to finish. Arrived when expected and set up with no involvement/support required. Had great feedback from guests throughout the day and the bar person was incredibly helpful. Cocktails were really tasty and looked great, even making requests that weren’t on the menu as required. The barrel themed bar was a beautiful addition to our rooftop summer party! It was very aesthetically pleasing, with a wide range of drinks available - themed cocktails/mocktails, alongside spirits, beers and soft drinks. Both guys were super friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. To our surprise, they kindly left us some prosecco at the end of the night for our staff to enjoy! 10/10 service, we would definitely recommend.

I booked this for my best friends hen do! We were staying at a big country house and this was the perfect evening for all! Martin made us lots of lovely cocktails and even made us a few jugs before he headed off! Would definitely think to book this again for a future event!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Gary and Megan , who were the bar staff for this service. They were both extremely friendly and professional. They set up the bar very quickly and made it look amazing! They added a lovely touch with photos of my dad‘s favourite tipple! They fully embraced the event and engaged very well with everyone. There were lots of drinks to chose from. One thing that could’ve been slightly cheaper were the cocktails. I know in city centres they are about £8-£15 . The bar wanted £8 for a cocktail , which felt a little bit overpriced. Maybe £6 would’ve been better .
Anyway , the main thing is the service that Gary and Megan provided was excellent. The barrels added to the atmosphere of the event . Thank you once again !

Booked the bar for my Dad’s 60th birthday and the team arrived promptly/on time and the service was fantastic, we had a great night! Only a couple of minor qualms; we booked the barrel bar however it turned out to be a floral themed bar (which was equally pretty though so we weren’t too fussed), also the advert says the service includes draft beer which was not the case. Beyond those two minor things the overall service and experience was fantastic, especially given the fact only a deposit is required!

We had a fantastic experience with Martin and his team for our wedding! We precooked our Prosecco toast which was prepared in lovely glasses and served to our guests after the ceremony. The cocktails were a big hit and the kids especially loved their “fancy drinks” with flowers and sprinkles! The bartender on the day was incredibly friendly and despite injuring himself while setting up, he had a smile on his face and was a big hit with everyone. Our guests loved the bar (and the prices!). We cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so special and relaxed!

Martin was really quick to respond to all my messages. He arrived in good time to set up and was very patient with the 18 girls making cocktails (patience of a saint when we were nearing the end of the session after all those cocktails).

The whole experience was fantastic, hilarious and sometimes challenging when we were taught to do tricks!

I'm super picky with cocktails but Martin catered to our tastes and the garnishes for each cocktail were amazing. Martin left us with two huge jugs of cocktails, after we had drank a fair few we had made ourselves!

I've booked Martin again for another Hen Party next year and can't wait to do it all over again!

An absolutely amazing experience start to finish! This was the perfect night in for a hen do with all ages! Our bartender/teacher was amazing! We made 4 cocktails & he taught us different tricks & techniques throughout. Bart was fantastic, made us all laugh & ensured we all had a superb evening! The initial booking said 4 cocktails, we made 4 and Bart made us another before he left. Thoroughly enjoyed by all, would highly recommend for an entertaining evening in!

Martin was amazing and so professional. Everything was handled beautifully from the booking to answering my various questions to tailoring our night to our theme. They arrived on time and were so professional. The bar is so beautiful and the cocktails were the best I have ever tasted with loads of attention to detail - fresh flower petals and edible glitter. Martin made the cocktail making so much fun and was brilliant. The event was held for clients and I had a number of people asking for their details as they were so impressed.
We have already rebooked for December!

Everyone had a great time, there were a lot of laughs all the way through. The tone of the event was perfect, light-heated and not embarrassing as so many team events are. It was a great ice-breaker for people who did not know each other well because of the pandemic. All in all I would recommend this to anyone wanting a fun corporate event.

Gary arrived on time to set up. We had a couple of guests see the selection of alcohol as setting up and asked if he had a specific drink, when realising he did not he went out of his way to pop out to our local store and grab this said drink. This was my staff 'do' to say thank you for their hard work this year. We were a small group (12) but had a wonderful time being served cocktails from the menu for two hours. Bart was professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, he bought everything needed and cleared away. I had organised lots of pizza to soak up the cocktails! Great evening. Highly recommend. Lots of fun. Thank you! (A few sore heads this morning!)

I booked the flower bar as part of my sisters hen do and we had a brilliant time! The drinks tasted amazing, would highly recommend the spicy mango and the service was excellent. All of our guests had a great time and it was the perfect way to kick off the weekend. The drinks were truly unlimited and before the left they gave us a fishbowl of cocktail to share so we could carry on drinking. The bar was beautiful as well and all our cocktails looked amazing! The guests even asked for details on how to book for other hen parties they were attending. We'll 100% book again.

What can I say, Martin and the Flower bar absolutely stole the show and concluded our hen party with a bang!! After an awful year and so many disappointments Martin absolutely put on a show for us, much more than just a bar service!

Not only were the cocktails delicious (and also pretty strong haha) but they looked fantastic and were made with all the top brand ingredients.

Martin himself was absolutely fantastic, catered to our every need, even getting involved with our hen games. The highlight was Martin showing off his skills juggling a bottle of vodka whilst wearing a mask of the bride's husband to be.

A fantastic night and great value, Martin even left us with 2 huge jugs of cocktail to continue the party (not that we needed it after 5 hours of continuous cocktails). Needless to say there were a few sore heads the next day.

Absolutely fantastic - couldn't have had a better 40th birthday present for my daughter and the rest of the family. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed their 'posh drinks' and served by the very helpful Ben who saved our legs by carrying our drinks to us, even in the pouring rain. The best thing ever - we are booking again for my birthday in September. Fantastic drinks, beautifully displayed, really helpful staff. 10/10. Thank you Martin and Ben.

Hired the flower bar for our daughters 21st birthday and she had some friends with a Gazebo we also hired. Alex the Bar man was lovely. He engaged well with the revellers and made some Delicious drinks and knock out shots and cocktails what we called creepers ( ie they hit you a little while after!!)lol . Really professional set up and well organised. Would def recommend. Had i known that you can hire for longer i may well have done!. How he managed to remain sane amongst the chaos of 21 year olds partying mad god knows. Well worth it and would recommend

The whole experience was brilliant. I ordered my cocktails from Martin a little late so he personally delivered them to my house to make sure I got them in time for my wife's birthday. The cocktails were fantastic and I'd recommend the Flower Bar to anyone. I'll definitely be using them again. Thank you to Martin and the Flower Bar team for making my wife's birthday that little bit more special.

Martin was an absolute superstar! An amazing work ethic (including coming to Surrey from Manchester!), fabulous cocktails and a lovely style with all of the guests at our party! Looking forward to booking him again!

Martin hosted our virtual Xmas cocktail making event. It was really a treat for a very unusual Xmas! All the cocktails were delicious and Martin was fantastic. Would love to do it in person when we can.

Had a brilliant night for our party of 6 at home. Martin was very good and communication was excellent. Making cocktails was great fun and it's an experience we would definitely do again. Excellent value for money and worth every penny. I would highly recommend and have already provided others with the information. Setup was lovely and Martin made sure everything went smoothly.

Such a wonderful night of cocktail masterclass with Martin @ The Flower Bar. Lots of fun and fabulous cocktails. Martin was a fantastic host and we wouldn’t hesitate in booking him again!!!

We had an amazing evening: massive thanks to Martin. He tailored our event to suit the location; he was entertaining, knowledgeable and terrific fun. The layout of the bar and place settings were both imaginative and very stylish, which created a great ambiance for our celebration. Whilst we are not very experienced with cocktails, and only knew the basic ones, Martin created a series of classics and ones with a twist to spice things up. If I could give them 6 stars I would. 5 stars do not give this company justice. Team was amazing and so professional. Everything was handled beautifully from the booking to answering my various questions to tailoring our night to our theme. They arrived on time and were so professional. The bar is so beautiful and the cocktails were the best I have ever tasted with loads of attention to detail - fresh flower petals and edible glitter. Martin made the cocktail making so much fun and was brilliant. The event was held for clients and I had a number of people asking for their details as they were so impressed. We have already rebooked for June!

This bar service was fantastic! The bar staff were extremely friendly and kind and all my guests had so many good things to say about the whole service. Drinks were amazing, lots of variety of lovely cocktails as well. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Specifically asked for a white bar as I was having an all white party. The guy said no worries we have an all white flower bar. When the arrived it’s was all pink which didn’t go with my theme. Luckily they had a mirrored one with them in the van so had to make do with that that.
Other than that they turned up on time were polite and drinks were good.
Took the stress away from having to worry about my guests having drinks.
Wash a cash bar which worked really well also.

We were very excited about the mobile flower bar. It did seem that info was lost in translation we were expecting a bar that was a feature at our wedding with barrels and lots of flowers. This is also what the website states. We tried to keep in contact with Martin but it seems Business succes was for us it’s downfall We hadn’t received the email from the Flower bar in relation of using a bar at the facilities. However we had a conversation a considerable time before & we spoke about the barrel bar booking & this was confirmed by Martin. The day before our wedding. Martin called & said we are using the bar at the facilities. I said no it wasn’t possible we has confirmed you were bringing the barrels & flowers to our event & it was reliant on it as a feature Martin put the phone down. I sent an email & Martin said it was ok all sorted. On the day we had two barrels & a tiny posy of fake flowers hardly what we were expecting & most certainly not a stand out feature! that said the service was good although the choice of stock a bit restricted. The bar did not take away or clear away the bottles at the function! We are expecting our deposit & gave feedback to Martin he said the deposit is subject to T&C’s 30 days no apology for the under supplied feature. I wont be recommending

A great service from the mobile flower bar. We opted for the barrel bar to fit with our wedding reception theme. Bar looked great, service was good and the cocktails were a hit with everyone, even the kids who could order them virgin style.
Great that they accept card and cash for payments on the bar. I would recommend Martin to friends and family for future events.
Only criticism is that no plastic glasses or beer bottles were collected from around the venue so I had to pack and drive it all to the recycling center the next day. I thought this was part of the service.

The bar and menu were great for our Christmas party in work - the set up looked great and the guys were really quick with the drink orders. Time seemed to fly by so quick that when it was time to go there was a mad rush for the drinks so I would suggest that you request a 30 minute warning before time is up! They were on time and were a great addition to our evening. I would definitely recommend.

Service of the bar and its staff on the night was good however when it came to getting my deposit back after the event this wasn't so good. I was told I'd get my deposit back 2 weeks after event following an email I'd sent about this but I was told that they did have 30 days to process it just so I was aware, fair enough. However 30 days came and went and still no refund! I sent 5 emails over 2 months and got zero response!! I contacted poptop direct who contacted the supplier on my behalf and lo and behold I received my money 2 days later!! No apology for the delay or for the lack of contact either! Not great when I have stuck to my end of the contract paying the deposit and they haven't stuck to theirs. Also it was specifically pointed out to me that they had 30 days to pay yet still went over this time frame!

Nice guy, worked hard, was a very hot day. Shame about the forgotten ice. Know he was new so can understand the nerves but a little bit more showman would have been nice. I’m sure it will come in time.

I was disappointed that I was not provided with the rum I asked for " Wray and Nephew." This was a caribbean party, and the rum was an essential part of this. I was promised

The bar staff didn't even know what this was, although one of them went to the local supermarket to try and find it.

The bar guys did their jobs without being overly friendly.

Booked for a birthday party for 11 people. Gary turned up and said he was here for a birthday party for 9 people. No flower bar as described in booking. Didn’t have enough ingredients to make cocktails for the whole group. Gary was a nice guy and very apologetic when he couldn’t get hold of his boss to discuss our booking. Included the 30 min set up time in our 2 hour booking so only made cocktails for 1hr 30 mins. Told we’d get 8 cocktails but only had 6. The experience wasn’t as expected and will not use the service again.

The bar was very pretty and arrived on time.
One off the bar staff was very friendly, however it was very obvious to me and my guests that the other was hungover and didn't want to be there.
The cocktails were nice.
The bar staff started packing up the bar at 6PM when I had confirmed and paid for the booking until 8PM, I had to practically beg them to stay and keep serving drinks at our event.
It was an OK service, wouldn't use again

The choice of drinks was great and price point wasn't bad. However, we ordered a barrell bar to fit in with our rustic, autumn, woodland wedding and got the slightly garish flower bar. The barman was told by his boss that was what we ordered when it wasn't.

I also emailed before hand to say it was outdoors and they replied to say they had their own gazebo and lights so not to worry. Needless to say they arrived with no gazebo and no lights. The poor guy got very cold and damp. He did manage the squeeze under the corner of our big sail and we have him some hot food.

We also said prior to keep our deposit and let people have a round of free drinks. This message was also not passed on and people were charged. I spoke to the barman and explained and he kindly started giving people free drinks until the deposit limit was reached.

We also hired them until 11pm and he asked to pack up at 8.30ish as he said he wasn't taking any money. I felt bad for him because of the lack of communication from his boss and he told us he had a 5 hour drive back home, so said okay but people were left without drinks.

We wouldn't use again, but the barman they sent was not to blame.

We booked the bar well in advance and paid upfront which included a deposit, we tried speaking to this company on several occasions and they responded woth same message each time that they would contact us nearer the time. A week before the event we contacted again to arrange what alcohol they may need to bring and what time they would be there, the response I got was when where is the event etc we became concerned and called them to ascertain what time they would be there and logistics, my partner spoke to a man on the phone who sounded stressed and irritated by the call and stated he did not like my partners tone and said if we don’t want him at the event he won’t come 3 days before our wedding!! We tried to explain we just wanted to know what time he would be there and if he needed to know numbers and types of alcohol to bring, he said 2 hours before to set up !!! Which still didn’t really answer the question 10 minutes later I recieved a call explaining that he was unable to look at our booking due to not being in the office they were a fully stocked bar and would be there at 1600. On the day they did not arrive on time and got there 1830 which was 30 mins after they were meant to start serving, bar staff were lovely but we still have not recieved our deposit back!!

We booked a cocktail making class and the advert says we would receive a flower bar but we didn’t, the man turned up with plastic crates for the drinks instead. There was no interaction with the bar man and he didn’t explain what cocktails we were making we had to keep asking which cocktail we are making now. Also the ingredients were not correct for some of the cocktails so it wasn’t a ‘masterclass service’. I wouldn’t recommend if you want a fun cocktail making class.

Really disappointed with this. We had this event booked for months and were really looking forward to it. Martin pushed the event back to 730 a few days before due to having another event before ours, we were okay with this as half an hour isn’t a huge difference. However, Gary rang me at 7pm (this was the time he was meant to arrive to set up) and said he was running over an hour late due to the event before ours. He arrived at 820pm and we didn’t get started until 850, almost 2 hours after our original time. This meant we couldn’t set up outside as originally planned because it was too dark by then.
The whole reason I booked this was for how amazing the bar looked and the cocktails. However, Gary didn’t even bring the bar out of his car at first and I had to ask for it. He did then set this up but it was nothing like advertised on here, probably because he rushed putting it up last minute. Gary wasn’t very engaging and was just stressed the whole time, and I felt like we were an inconvenience. The cocktails were nothing like all of the pictures I have seen on here and on instagram. They were just really basic. Gary did warm up a little toward the end of the night and I appreciate he’d had a long day but that wasn’t our fault.
